Love Lowe’s on Challenger Avenue. So much better than all the other Lowe’s and 1000% better than Home Depot. I needed help with finding a good push mower or weed eater and this nice gentleman by the name of John was a huge help! He was very detailed about what I needed and gave a great recommendation that has paid off tremendously. When you walk in your immediately greeted and given attention. For all of my home and yard needs I will be going to this Lowe’s.

The only star was for the lady who helped me originally order my countertops. She was very knowledgeable on the products and was awesome to work with. However, no one else seemed to be able to assist even though they supposedly have others there for countertops so if she was not at work I had to wait and come back as no other employee could do anything for me.
I do not recommend getting countertops here as it's through a 3rd party install group, and you never know what you will get. The person who measured my counters did not measure the sink and, upon install, cut into my existing cabinets to make it fit. The countertop is also a half-inch difference on one side of the stove vs the other making the appearance look cheap. The installer blamed my cabinets for the discrepancy and said I approved the template as is. I did not see the detailed template I was shown after the fact, if this was an attachment somewhere in the project portal I missed it, so be aware if you are ordering here. Overall I spent a lot of money and I dont feel like I got the best install job out of it as my cabinets are cut into and I need to add trim around everything as it all sits about an inch up from the original. Very dissatisfied overall with the work done. I am now praying when I need to replace my dishwasher that it isn't going to be a future problem with how they made the sink fit into place.

Just complained to the store manager 5 minutes ago after once again not finding any carts for lumber in the store, this has been the norm for the past few years, he didn’t seem too concerned so I’m now on my way to Home Depot for lumber, after patronizing this store for 20+ years I’m not sure I’ll be returning!

Buy an item one week, go to rebuy and its not available. It happens all the time. They move stuff around a lot! ALL self check out. Which Im not a fan of to begin with.

On this visit we were looking for a washing machine since ours had died. Plenty of selection. We bought it on Sunday and it was delivered to our home the next morning.
The salesman was pleasant and knowledgeable. The two delivery guys were strong, pleasant, and efficient.
Our house has a scary staircase to the basement, but it was not a problem. They also took the old dead machine with them.
