The electric road location had an amazing layout and the 2 employees Alisha and Robert were both very helpful helping me choose a set up and I appreciate there time and knowledge about my sleeping habits.

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Robert was exceptional from the moment I walked in. He’s one of those rare people who not only knows everything there is to know about mattresses, bases, sleep, support, and comfort — but explains it in a way that actually makes sense. His intelligence shows in every recommendation he makes, and trust me, the man knows his stuff.
He balanced professionalism with genuine personality, and you can tell he truly cares about getting customers exactly what they need — not just making a sale. It’s honestly refreshing.
And okay, I’ll be honest: if mattresses weren’t the only thing for sale, I might’ve taken Robert home too. 😌
(Unfortunately, HR would probably frown on that.)
But in all seriousness, he made the entire experience easy, comfortable, and surprisingly enjoyable. If you’re shopping for a mattress, go see Robert. The guy is amazing, sharp, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Loved Alisha! Was able to order from a distance and do it all over the phone. So quick and easy and she was so helpful and pleasant in getting me what I was looking for. Probably the most painless experience I’ve ever had at a mattress firm.

Robert was my salesperson. He is professional and welcoming. I was in this store 2 days in a row due to my need to think on my decision and Robert allowed me space to think in the store. He was happy to answer all questions I had. I highly recommend this store and Robert for future shoppers.

I didn’t expect Mattress Firm to have such a low-pressure atmosphere. Robert made the place feel more like a small business than a chain store. He answered a lot of questions and was able to provide pros and cons of purchasing a mattress at Sam's or an online source. I'm very pleased with my experience.
