“Today I brought my best friend for some blood work. Unfortunately, she is confined to a wheelchair so that is always a challenge. We were greeted at the door and after digitally checking in, the process was seamless. I say this because my friend has a horrible history of blood draws due to weak veins, and Kris and Tay were fabulous -- they were kind, compassionate and were able to use a few work-arounds, and voila!! We were done quickly and without the usual stress that my friend has had to face.
