“My mothers O2 concentrator went out late in the evening the day before Thanksgiving. I called and had an order put in almost immediately but we had trouble receiving return phone calls from them since we are out in Craig County and cell service can be spotty at times. The next morning I was able to contact them and arrange for a delivery. Troy was here within less than 2 hours to deliver a new machine on Thanksgiving morning.
