I have to let the world know about my girl Alexandra doing her thing at the metro store on Williamson Rd in Roanoke. I had a phone stolen and needed to transfer that number to my new metro phone I had purchased. I kept getting told by customer service that I had to go into a store to override the one time pin thing. I went to several stores in VA and NC and not one single person working helped me. Customer service would tell me they couldn't do certain things to get I to the account or the stores would say they couldn't do anything. I walked into this store explained the situation and not only did Alexsandra help me. She helped me and explained exactly what needed to happen to get this done in the easiest way possible including telling customer service who I had on the phone what they needed to do to help me. I had been literally living a nightmare trying to get this done and she was able to help me without any of the issues that I was being told by everyone else. I was about to give up on this carrier and be done but Alexsandra is why I am staying. She will help you if you got issues going on with your account and she will make sure you don't get shut down by customer service. She saved my life because now I can get access to all my important things on my phone that was causing me a lot of issues. I can't thank her enough and for real this lady needs to be given her own store because she is amazing. She did in 5 mins what 20 people couldn't do in 2 weeks. Don't waste your time going to any other store. Go here and you will see it was worth it. Thanks Alexsandra! Your awesome!

I went get my wifi box fix somebody hacked into my Wi-Fi account use it so he went in it and reset it for me made me a new username and I made a new password no one can get into it now

Went in to switch my line from a previous phone number to my new phone, when standing in line the lady (black and short)was very rude to previous customers, on her phone and with every question she said that they had to do it online. This made no sense because if they were able to do it online, they wouldn’t have DROVE to the store for in person help. When it was my turn she stated to switch my line we had to do it online, she was on her phone not even paying attention to our problem, she is very very lazy, you are wasting your money for allowing her to work there. With other workers, they are able to help with every issue we have, but this is the second time going to her and she has been an ineficient worker each time.

Long time customer and always went to this store for services but today the lack of customer service provided and the quick buck they tried to make over a phone that is insured has made me decide to change phone carriers all together.

I drove an hour to get to the closest Metro by T-Mobile store from my home I bought a screen protector from Amazon and I brought it to the store and the lady named Alexandra told me unless I’m buying it from them. She can’t help me and she can’t put it on for me. That was very unprofessional.

The workers here are rude and frequently close 20 min or more before posted closing times, often refusing customers and even yelling at customers who are upset that they aren't allowed in to make a payment on their account during posted business hours. If the hours on the door or given over the phone by customer service say the location is supposed to be open until 5pm, customers should not be turned away at 4:35pm.

I had a terrific experience purchasing at this specific store because the employee was really helpful, I received fantastic promos, and I spent less money and left with a nice phone.
