The owner was very informative he took a lot of time to show me everything about my vacuum and even took it apart for me to see everything that was wrong. I dropped off a Dyson corded Animal vac for repair. The internal hose broke. A very common issue. It took 3 months to get the parts as they were backorder. Finally got the call it was done. Works great and they thoroughly cleaned to vacuum to like new condition.
