“During the hottest day of the year my upper AC unit stop working (most likely trebbles got in). Lucky for me Virginians came through with the parts I needed to troubleshoot the whole AC unit. Trible's had or got the parts fast and price friendly. Every HVAC company I called was a week or two out so I decided to give it a go since the unit was over 10 years old anyway. I live in the mountains so I have to be able to handle heating and cooling problems on my own and between the YouTube and local small shops us do it yourselfers can no doubt survive. Thanks again for your help and please try to offer a military discount.”

“This place is the best! After years of buying appliances from big box stores, we have been buying from Austin's Appliance and couldn't be happier. We have bought dishwashers, a refrigerator, and a microwave from them. The customer service is incredible. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and just a lot of fun to be around. I can't recommend them high enough! Do yourself a favor and buy your appliances from them!”

“Old business was Oreck Vacuum repairs: They had 1 star service. Made me very un happy. Took their own sweet time replacing filters for my vacuum. Never called to update me on status of repair. After 10 days, vacuum still not ready. I had to ask about a loaner --NO loaner available! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ THEY HAVE SINCE CHANGED OWNERSHIP!!! Surprisingly new owner called me concerning the service that I received from the previous owners and apologized for the experience. He assured me that under his ownership, things like this would never happen. How thoughtful! When I need a repair or purchase in the future, I will definitely be coming to Blue Ridge Vacuums!! You should too!”

“Very good experience and customer service. I went to get a belt for a 1950's Singer machine and ended up getting needles and thread as well. I had a nice conversation while I was there also. She told me they offer classes certain days of the week and have been in business for over 50 years. Overall great experience for my first time ever entering this type of business.”

“Ordered a patio table & chairs. When the delivery was made the driver made a big mess in our brand new lawn driving on it with a fork lift. I called Home Depot and their insurance contacted me in a couple of days and paid for our original contractor to make the repairs. I sincerely appreciate them making it right. And, I love the new patio set.”
