“During the hottest day of the year my upper AC unit stop working (most likely trebbles got in). Lucky for me Virginians came through with the parts I needed to troubleshoot the whole AC unit. Trible's had or got the parts fast and price friendly. Every HVAC company I called was a week or two out so I decided to give it a go since the unit was over 10 years old anyway. I live in the mountains so I have to be able to handle heating and cooling problems on my own and between the YouTube and local small shops us do it yourselfers can no doubt survive. “They have always been our go to place for all of our vacuum needs. They are no longer at Valley View Mall...they moved to Franklin Rd in SW Roanoke. The old store was amazing but the new location is sooooo much better. Very easy to get in and out of and it is a freestanding location so they have their own parking lot!”

To be specific, Brian (I don't know his last name- all I know is he has dark hair, thin, white and was very professional and helpful) helped me roughly thirteen months ago picking out a vanity for my master- bedroom bathroom. And, just last Thursday, 12 March 2026- Zach in appliances helped me pick out a countertop microwave oven. He too was professional, helpful, friendly and to-the-point. Zach also provided his knowledge, opinion and advised me on brandnames of both microwave ovens and refrigerators that he would and wouldn't recommend, which I appreciated. I purchased a microwave on the spot and tossed my old one in the trash that evening. Brian and Zack- ?????? thank you both.”
