“Good club retail where you can find most of your favorite brands at bulk discount prices verses Walmart. Usually very busy and hard to check out in the lines. Scan and go on the Sam’s Club App is a faster method and lets you check out and leave faster. Cafe is now only order through app which is convenient but difficult if you are relying on a phone device. Good location. Parking can be hard to get a close spot though. Overall a good experience.”
“Walmart has a good selection of everything & for reasonable prices. They even had the indoor plant i was looking for. The cashier was nice & lines weren't too long despite the full parking lot.”
“Standard gas station. The window washing units are clean and well stocked and have paper towels to wipe down my windows as I'm filling up gas. Nice to be able to use Kroger rewards. The only downside is the Kroger a few miles down the road is 10 cents or more cheaper by the gallon.”

“The CVS Pharmacy inside Target made my day today! Having just experienced yet another very unpleasant prescription pickup at the CVS Pharmacy at 4400 Brambleton Ave when using a Good RX coupon to pay for a costly prescription, I gave up on using that pharmacy at all! I was treated horribly there more than once because the prescription always has to be rung up twice to save the large amount of money the coupon allows making it a very unsatisfactory experience every visit. The young woman tech is one of the rudest people in a customer service capacity that I have ever encountered and not just this time. So it was time to make the much longer drive to the CVS Pharmacy inside Target where we had enjoyed great customer service in the past. The lady at the pharmacy inside Target is courteous, efficient, caring, and helpful. She asked important questions, gave knowledgeable information, and courteously applied the coupon that saves me about $40 each time. She listened and understood my reasons for setting up my prescription at her pharmacy. Though I must drive an extra 20 minutes away from my home and another 20 minutes back, the courteous, professional treatment received by me at this Target CVS is worth it. I will not be returning to the 4400 Brambleton Ave CVS again unless there is no other choice in Roanoke. This is information I am happy to share with anyone looking for a pharmacy, with the 4400 Brambleton Ave being the worst CVS in town and the Target CVS being the best in my opinion. Thank you again to the courteous, professional lady at CVS in Target!”

“I had a medical situation that required me to be on infusion antibiotics. The hospital upon release had recommended a home health nurse, however, could not find one available, nor did I feel I needed a home health nurse. I thankfully was referred to Bioscrip. The nurses are specifically Lisa and Shannon were compassionate and understanding and great to work with. The pharmacist at the Roanoke facility Mark was also genuinely interested in my situation and overall health. I was treated with dignity respect and overall genuine concern from the staff here at Bioscrip. Some people may need the assistance of a home health nurse and some people may not. I strongly recommend this company if you're in need of the service they provide, and most likely a more cost-effective option than a traditional home health service. Thanks everyone at Bioscrip for making a positive difference in my health situation.”
“I went to CVS recently to get my Covid and Flu vaccines. I did not have an appointment but did not have to wait long at all! The Pharmacy Tech who gave me the injections was friendly, helpful and professional. She was very good; the injections did not really hurt at all. I then used my coupon to shop and found all I needed. Overall, it was a good experience.”
“Had an issue with one employee which was later resolved. Just like all of these drug stores the prices on every day items are extraordinarily High when asking about this they tell me they go by a convenience store model on their pricing. My advice is get your prescriptions here but shop at Walmart for everything else.”
