Amazing experience! I called RW on Brooke Road and was told the boots I was looking for were made out of unicorns and that they were all sold out. Little did I know that Don (Brooke Road RVA) was calling all over creation for these boots and happened to find one lonely pair in Roanoke. He called me to tell me that he found them and to call Angel and he would take care of me. Well take care of me he did. While dealing with a crazy Black Friday, Angel got me everything I needed. He was so helpful and I’m so thankful for his hard work. (Don too) These guys were awesome and pulled off what sounded like an impossible task. Thank you Angel and your team in Roanoke.

Very happy to have came into this store! Angel was great to work with, measured out my feet and was able to make some great recommendations to keep me standing at work! The dynaforce are so comfortable! Glad I upgraded to these boots!

My husband and I came in because he needed a new pair of work boots. Angel helped us out and was AMAZING. My husband said “I have never had a customer service experience like that” immediately after leaving the store. Angel explained different treads on shoes and almost read my husbands mind when bringing out options for him to try. Angel is extremely knowledgeable in what he does and he has a GREAT attitude and you can tell he cares about the people he helps. Highly recommend Red Wing because of him.

This Red Wing location is awesome. Was greeted with kindness and a comfortable environment. I had a great experience buying my boots at Red Wing and they offer a free cleaning service. I'm a repeat customer at the Red Wing store and highly recommend anyone to go to Red Wing store to buy your boots. 👍

I had an outstanding experience at this Red Wing store! Angel, the manager, went above and beyond with customer service. She tracked down a pair of Brnr XP #2403 boots for me and had them shipped all the way from California. You don’t see that kind of dedication very often anymore. Friendly, professional, and truly committed to helping customers — I’ll definitely be coming back for my next pair of Red Wings. Highly recommend!

Visited a few days ago. Angel took care of us. He was alone that day, his coworker had called out. He was very attentive, my daughter needed boots for a specific purpose he listened and measured and made specific recommendations. This was her first pair of work boots for a new job, he taught her how to lace them properly for best ankle support, even putting on a pair himself to show her the right way. We were there a long time, over an hour. He juggled multipe customers with ease and professionalism. He showed her lots of options and variety. I am not a brand loyal consumer, but I would recommend this store for the service ANY time.

This store just lost a loyal customer! I will never buy another pair of boots here again! Got a pair of boots from them the soles started to all off they said that I could bring them and exchange them so I drove the hour to do so and was going to do the exchange and the guy wanted me to pay extra for a cheaper pair of boots. Not my fault the manufacturer made a boo boo and forgot to glue the soles the correct way. Very poor customer service at this store. The guy Hunter was no help at all. I’ll never return to this location next year when I get boots I’ll just make the 1.5 hour trip to the West Virginia location.

I got my first pair of Redwings lately, the King Toe ADC 3516 is what spoke to me after being fitted at the store and trying many kinds. The experience was unlike any shoe shop I've been to. It was clean and the staff was helpful.
As far as the boots-
The sales associate warned me that folks didn't tend to care too much for the Metalarsal Gaurd or the weight, I thought it was an odd complaint.
I took the boot in my hands and bent it, I can no longer feel the guard and the weight is worth the safety to me. I do HVAC for a living in a hot climate where some of my coworkers wear vans. The boot is still very comfortable and much more protective than the former.
If you're not man enough to handle the weight, pick another boot, if you're complaining about the guard, bend it. These boots are super comfortable even in thick socks. I picked up the anti fatigue insoles to help with the weight too since im heavy heeled. Boots are meant to be bent, just like your foot, its breaking it in. You're not gonna hurt it.

I am a plumber who used to wear Timberlands all day. After a 12 hours shift my feet would kill me. A great, kind gentleman named angle helped me pick out the boots just right for me. He was nice, kind and understanding. Thank you red wings and thank you angle. If you need boots come to red wings.
