I am ready to cancel all my accts. Applied for a loan online 2 weeks ago. Recieved application confirmation email so I know it went through. No one will return any of my calls inquiring of the results. Teller at Cave Spring branch was very rude to me yesterday. I have left messages for Brittany to call me back regarding loan i applied for. No response. No response from Salem branch either. Ive had these accounts since I was a kid saving for my first bicycle. I give up! This is bad business.

Katie in the lending department is an absolute pleasure to work with. Katie was very accommodating and answered all my questions, and it was a super fast process.

Katie helped me secure an auto loan with ease. She was very patient with me, as I had a lot of questions and was back and forth with a dealer. Once a deal was made, it was just a few easy steps to put the loan into place and get my new vehicle. Very responsive, and very precise with information I needed to get her. Will certainly continue to come back.

We recently worked with Melissa on a auto refinance. Her customer service was excellent fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend working with Melissa at the Abney Road location. She will respond to you the same day very quickly. I called my insurance to tell them of the bank change and they already knew because she had already contacted them. It's hard to find good customer service these days, but Melissa knocks it out of the park! Thank you Melissa great service!

I worked with Melissa at the North Roanoke location this week on obtaining a new car loan. She was very helpful and efficient AND she got me one of the lowest interest rates in the area (under 3.5). Everyone knows that the current rates are much higher than they have been in recent years and Melissa helped me navigate that.

Horrible... am being discriminated against due to my health I am sick and In hospital and asked for help I was told NO BECAUSE WE HELPED YOU last year. Well excuse me for being diabetic and getting hospitalized with our warning if you know how to predict this disease please tell me. I was told by the Roanoke Branch because they helped me last year they will not help me this year even though they take $5 out of my savings account every week without no explanation they steal my money but they don't care and I always pay my holiday loan on time but because I fell sick this year and am one week behind they said nope you are delinquent and deal with it and account manager at downtown branch says she has the final say no one is above her. I guess she's the CEO ?

Brittany at the Cave Spring location never ceases to amaze me. She has always gone above and beyond to help. The tellers are always welcoming as well. Recently the gentleman with the Faux Locs assist me. He is very helpful and reminds me of my son.This is my favorite bank.

I have been a member of RVCCU for years now and am pleased with my credit union as a whole. Recently, I went to this branch to apply for a loan and worked with Melissa Brooks. She was extremely accommodating and helpful. I usually use the downtown branch. However, the downtown branch said I had to fill out my application online. The application wouldn't load so I emailed the person at the branch that said I had to fill out the application online and received no response. This is why I tried a different branch. Melissa let me fill out the loan application in the branch and helped me get approved within a few hours. I greatly appreciate her professionalism and service. I will be using this branch from now on. I do recommend RVCCU for your banking needs and highly recommend this branch located at 723 5th Street NE for an efficient, personable, and welcoming experience. Thank you again Melissa!
