We’re temporarily adjusting services available at our local branches to help maintain the health and safety of our clients and teammates. This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Some branches without drive-thru lanes will remain open with enhanced sanitization measures.
Stopped in this morning and was taken care of by a very polite friendly lady named Mela she was very sweet and quick to help and even chatted with me while she worked! In this day and age it’s rare to come across someone who is friendly and sweet! Thank you Mela!!

For basic needs, (savings, checkings) - this bank is fine. There are tons of Suntrust in Roanoke, so I never feel helpless if I need to stop by.
