“I had not been to a build a bear since I was little. I wanted to gift a stitch bear to my mom for her b-day/Mother’s Day (we bond over stitch lol). At the recording station, I made the impulse choice to try and find a recording of my newborn baby niece. I was struggling, so I went with the regular Stitch recording and was informed that I could always come back and switch the recording out. I returned shortly, after I had found a recording of my baby niece, and swapped out the recording in the bear. The entire staff was more than helpful and went ABOVE & BEYOND to help make this bear so special. I meant so much. ?”

“I have been shopping at Ollie's for decades. I first found out about them in Pennsylvania when my Dad sent me to pick up tools there. Every visit up there, we would load our vehicle with some of everything at incredible prices. Living in Roanoke for decades, I was so happy when Ollie's got here! The store is kept clean, the restrooms are very decent and things are well stocked especially for a buy out store. I buy all my books there, both hardback and paperback. They have a great assortment of journals, Christian reading and puzzles. The kids toys are always well priced. Almost every employee is nice and helpful. Best of all are the prices at Ollie's!”

“Always love this store more than the Valley View store! Great staff that always greet you and check on you. My only complaint is that sometimes they dont rotate through books super fast, I've been a few times and seen all the same stuff that I saw the time before. That being said, I think that's just because I go so often and not really a problem most people would have.”
