Went in looking for a particular thing and a gentleman who was going into the back of the store, stopped what he was doing and walked with me to the area where the item would have been. Although they didn't have what I needed, this man was extremely patient, kind and helpful!

Shopping at the Ollie's Bargin Outlet just outside the Valley View Mall. It reminds me of shopping at a thrift store. Prices are good, but you're not sure what they will have. This Ollie's is a little cluttered but not bad. The lady at the register was great. (A real highlight of my visit.)
