“I had not been to a build a bear since I was little. I wanted to gift a stitch bear to my mom for her b-day/Mother’s Day (we bond over stitch lol). At the recording station, I made the impulse choice to try and find a recording of my newborn baby niece. I was struggling, so I went with the regular Stitch recording and was informed that I could always come back and switch the recording out. I returned shortly, after I had found a recording of my baby niece, and swapped out the recording in the bear. The entire staff was more than helpful and went ABOVE & BEYOND to help make this bear so special. I meant so much. ?”
“Cozy place to find elegant and unique gifts when commercial merch won't do. My daughter loves to visit for the JellyCat selection, and it's my fist stop when looking for gifts that cannot be found somewhere else. We have always been greeted warmly by staff and felt welcome. Nice local spot - recommended!”
“This is an A1 location with quite a few interesting toys to choose from. A better selection than found in most places I would venture to say. The employees there were very polite and helpful. And furthermore it was nice that it was right in the mall and that everything else a person could desire was all right there as well. I would strongly recommend everyone with children who want to look at toys to check this place out. Young children that is....”
“Went in looking for a particular thing and a gentleman who was going into the back of the store, stopped what he was doing and walked with me to the area where the item would have been. Although they didn't have what I needed, this man was extremely patient, kind and helpful!”
“I like Game stop but they don't stock ps2 games anymore. They do have MTG cards and the nice thing is they have them in singles to look through for low value cards”

“Store is always clean, books and other merchandise is always plainly visible and easy to access. Employees are always friendly. My favorite part is the Starbucks. I'm always there when the female barista is there and she always makes my drinks delicious and fast. I come here every week and buy at least one thing. 10/10 location”
