Drivers do not follow delivery instructions. Refrigerated packages marked plainly to be delivered to the sheltered front door are repeatedly left near garage door in direct hot afternoon sun. Contents repeatedly degraded or spoiled.

Not happy with my package delivery. The delivery man dropped my package at my door. I'm glad it wasn't anything breakable. My usual delivery man always knock and hand me the package 📦

horrendous. how is this company still around? completely inept and incompetent. damage my packages beyond function and still get their million dollar bonuses.
