Tenyah was the associate that helped me. She is such a wonderful person and very knowledgeable. I came in for an upgrade and was having a horrible day, she made me smile and got me my new phone. Please hire more wonderful people like her. Top tier service hands down

Third attempt to fix a simple issue! They put the wrong zip code in during setup so I can't access anything. I've had a broken screen for over a week with insurance. I keep getting told yes it's covered just go to this site, call this number etc; but with the incorrect zip code they kick my call. There are 5 people in front of me and two employees;only one of which can actually fix anything. Go somewhere else because Verizon is way too expensive for this!

Took me 3 hours for them to cancel my internet service. Then I still had to take ot to the FedEx place. Their online service to the over the phone to the in person was all confused on how to return an internet box. They need to do way better.

This morning Malissa Rhodes helped me with getting my mom and I a new phone(even though we live in different places and mine was damaged), and was so incredibly helpful, patient, and kind! Not only did we get new iPhones, we actually saved money on our plans. Thank you to Malissa and the other Verizon employees, for such a wonderful experience!

The employees are worthless and September refuses to help customers. I placed an in store order and it shipped instead and she refused to help change or cancel the order. DONT SHOP HERE. Order on Amazon or anything else

The worst customer service ever. Lack of understanding in products was a huge turn off. We were going online and were able to answer our own questions after some research. We were told to come back the next day because a business consultant would be there and we went back at our meeting time the next day. The person helping us had no clue what she was doing. The business consultant didn’t even bother to come by and help with anything. We ordered new phones and we weren’t even told if they would be coming in the mail or if we needed to come to the store to pick up. This store is really need some work and proper management.

horrible customer service very long wait, plus every patron and the security person all smelled of pot. we went in on October 2 at 5:45pm to upgrade my sons phone, waited 2 hours and becasue it was close to quitting time the rep didn't want to assist us in changing plans or anything becasue "she wanted to go home". she also didn't want to transfer any data to keep the existing phone for a trade, she told us, "go ahead and take it home and do the transfer yourself and you have 30 days to run the phone back up here and we can take it quick as a trade" well that was a lie, becasue i came back 3 different times and was told each time, it was a 2 hour wait and i had to wait just to leave them the phone as a trade... that's just crazy. I got better service from the 1-800 customer service line in India and was assisted much better, got a better and cheaper plan and they sent me a pre-paid envelope to return the phone in. i will never go there again.

Long wait times, slow service and lack of information about products and options. This is the worst service experience at a Verizon corporate location ever! They need to learn from their counterparts in Norfolk and Virginia Beach where a lunch hour gets it all done, not several hours of foot dragging.

We came in wanting to get a decent deal on some new phones. My mother and I went in and we were lucky enough to work with a man by the name of (I believe it was) “Jordan Brown.” Jordan was easily one of the best customer service agents I’ve ever dealt with. Especially in person. He was extremely knowledgeable and did more than just try to sell us the most expensive, or newest phone. He was honest, and kind, and never got frustrated. He said he had only been there 2 months which was even more impressive. He was patient with us, answered questions, and helped us understand our offers. I only wish I could’ve left him a tip, but he was not allowed to accept it. Jordan, I hope I recalled your name correctly, and I hope your manager shows you this comment. We truly appreciated your patience and knowledge!!! Thank you again! (Oh and also we happily left with 3 new phones either in hand, or ordered!!)

If there was ever an experience that would turn me off of Verizon forever it was with this store. We came in to move exactly 3 lines to Verizon. We were already familiar with the plans and came for convenience. After an aloof interview process we were presented an option for a plan and 4 lines that we did not want (they said put the extra phone in a drawer). We said we wanted the Start plan and were told that "today" we could only have what they were offering us, and that if we wanted something else we could go online ourselves. Absolutely unbelievable.

Spent nearly 5 hours in the store to get a promotion, come to find out I can't get the promotion because the tablets are out of stock.. ridiculous.Verizon has been a nightmare to deal with since switching to a business account.

This is one of the worst companies to deal with. Be very cautious bringing your business to them.The customer service is a zero at best. Their physical locations will not be of any help when you need help with wireless.My experience was horrible, and I was not able to use their internet service at all. I was not able to even hook their equipment up. After visiting their multiple locations everywhere they kept sending me off to this location. When I told the manager I have not been able to use my equipment, his answer was, if you bought it online he cannot help me. He even told me to leave the establishment when I requested to cancel everything with Verizon.Now, two months later, and after returning all the unused equipment, I discovered that my credit and my company’s credit has been hit severely because Verizon sent a fee to a collector. Now collections are after me for $53 god knows for what!Even if they started providing services for free, I, my family, and my partners will never use Verizon again.If there is a zero star review, that will be what I give them. ?
