He was so patient with me after I explained what had happened and what I thought the problem was. He was professional and genuine and we fixed the problem after some tinkering. Then he welcomed me back whenever I had another issue. Exceptional customer service! He was so knowledgeable. He made a repeat customer, today. 10 out of 10 recommend. Ask for Austin!”
