“I spent 4 days going to Auto Zone every day , they'd call and say they had the air filter I ordered. I'd show up and it was one for a while other car. They did this for four days with the same filter every time saying it was a mistake and they'd now ordered the right one. Never was, had to fight for a refund, that I had a receipt for! Then I came to Advance Auto Parts and they didn't have my filter in stock but they said they could order it from Roanoke for the next day. So I explained everything I'd been through and the girl who helped me (Bree Hager) had it shipped and there the exact same day, it was the right filter and they even called to let me know! Thank you guy's and gal!”

“Hesitantly due to all horror stories I have heard I took my car in for an oil change and headlight replacement. I have to say I had a pleasant experience. Only complaint I have is that the new headlight needs to be adjusted. It is too low. But that's a simple fix. Just haven't done it yet. But other than that I got nothing. Lol. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and everything is fine!”
