“Well when entering the store, Afton greeted me with a big smile and said she would be with me in a short period of time (she was finishing up with a customer when I arrived). She was the only one in the store at the time. When finished with her customer, she came over with a greeting and big smile which made me feel very welcomed. Every question I had for her she could immediately answer. She was very knowledgeable with all my questions and she knew the products very well. She was patient and really took the time to explain everything I asked. There is nothing negative about my experience with her. She emphasized that if there was ever a time that I had more questions just to write them down & come back in and that she would be happy to explain anything I needed answered.
