“Great place! Please if you have a problem do not go to other T Mobile authorized user businesses. This is the place you need to come to and get whatever fixed. The other offices ( some— Martinsville/Collinsville, and the one near Garst Mill Rd, Roanoke) do nothing but create headache. The staff in this office are very helpful and knowledgeable.”

“I had an exceptional experience at Verizon, and it’s all thanks to Jasmine. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had the best experience possible. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Getting a new phone can be overwhelming, but Jasmine made the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her patience, knowledge, and positive attitude turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a genuinely enjoyable one. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly and that I was completely happy with all my options before I left. Jasmine is a true asset to Verizon. Outstanding customer service like hers is hard to find, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves. Thank you, Jasmine, for your professionalism, kindness, and dedication to your customers. You made all the difference!”
