“Well when entering the store, Afton greeted me with a big smile and said she would be with me in a short period of time (she was finishing up with a customer when I arrived). She was the only one in the store at the time. When finished with her customer, she came over with a greeting and big smile which made me feel very welcomed. Every question I had for her she could immediately answer. She was very knowledgeable with all my questions and she knew the products very well. She was patient and really took the time to explain everything I asked. There is nothing negative about my experience with her. She emphasized that if there was ever a time that I had more questions just to write them down & come back in and that she would be happy to explain anything I needed answered. I think she is a very good asset to the Verizon Company.”

“Being on a Saturday after black Friday and before Cyber Monday I was not expecting anything but what I was asking for which was a home internet hotspot modem. If you go inside the store I do not know when this expires but with the purchase of a hotspot home internet plan you will receive a $100 gift card along with a Netflix account and a flat screen TV! The customer service is beyond exceptional. They want to go out of their way in their knowledge and understanding to help me with my needs. I will be doing an update on the home hotspot modem but as for now it looks like it's working under my conditions of being in a log home with 10 inch thick walls I have to have the unit place in a position that works best buy a window. Average download speed is approximately 50 megabits per second. What's T-Mobile there is no limit there is no throttle for the plan I am very impressed and so far happy with the sales decision they made to help out people that have limited options for home internet!
