“My husband and I went in today to switch service and get new phones, etc. By far, we received the absolute best customer service EVER! Makayla ( not quite sure if this is the correct spelling of her name ) provided us with every answer we had questions about. She was so kind, so polite and definitely knowledgeable of what she's doing! If I could give her 10 stars I would! She's awesome! We walked out with 2 new phones and a smart watch for my husband and we're so excited that we finally made the switch! You guys rock!”

“Isaac was absolutely amazing! I came in with a broken phone and he made the process as stress free as he possibly could. He worked hard to get my number transferred because the customer service agent messed it up. He didn’t give up on helping me. He spent his whole day ensuring I was okay and that the process was as stress free as possible. Isaac showed compassion, professionalism and intelligence! Thank you Isaac!”

“Joseph at Boost was AMAZING. He was incredibly patient, answered every question without rushing us, and made sure we got the best deal possible. We had my 3 year old with me and he even engaged with her! You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, and that made the whole experience easy and stress‑free. If I need to do business with Boost again, I am certainly ONLY coming when Joseph is working! We absolutely recommend anyone to go to this Boost and ask for Joseph, you definitely won’t regret it!”
