“Have taken my cars, Fords, Hyundais, Lexus, Honda, Acura, Genesis, BMW to Dave for 10+ years. As good a service shop as I have ever gone to. They say a good mechanic is worth their weight in gold, and that’s a perfect description for Dave and his crew, knowledgeable, honest, dependable and trustworthy. I never worry about any BS run around stuff. And on the very rare occurrence where they couldn’t perform the service (replacement of two of the catalytic converters on my Lexus several years ago is the only one I can remember) they still diagnosed the problem and told me what I could expect cost wise at the dealer. So maybe they occasionally have an issue with their card readers at the pump, or the first come/first serve approach on the state inspections isn’t everybody’s cup of tea (a couple of the reasons I have seen for poor reviews). If you want a mechanic who’s work you can count on, at a fair price, who stand behind their work, this is the shop for you.”
“If you are in the area and need your car serviced this is the place! We were on the road from North Carolina to see my dad for his birthday when my car's alternator failed. They knew we were due to travel home and fit us in during a busy holiday week so that we wouldn't be stranded. When the part was slow to be delivered (not the shop's fault at all) they called to try and speed things up and got it done just in time. Finally, they have a friendly staff and they do honest work at this shop. You won't be taken for a ride but they will fix you ride and get you up and running. Thank you for your help Lovettsville B.P., you saved us a big headache at home.”

“This 7-11 shell gas station literally is the best store in this region I've ever been. I mean it sincerely. It's the employee's and the manager. So friendly, of course there always a few sometimes that are not happy with their job. Most however are very pleasant to be around, make you feel welcome, as a valued customer. I really appreciate the manager, and many of the employee's. Especially the ones that are grateful to be working, it really shows in their work, and enthusiasm, they genuinely make you feel welcome. I definitely recommend anyone to visit the store and you may see what I'm talking about. Of course they were always be a couple of people in this world that always have their mind somewhere else. You just have to ignore them. They may have more ambition to do something different somewhere else and possibly one day they will. I don't hold that against them, those individuals will never change my mind about how great the store is.”

“One of the best perks for this station is that it is way easier to get out back onto the main road once you're needing to leave, unlike Purcellville's competing two stations. Only four pumps are available, but waiting is rare. The staff is always friendly when needing to go in to pay.”
“It's a nice gas and convenient store. Located on the Virginia and West Virginia line. The Appalachian trail is close by. Hikers sometimes take a break there.”

“I had a very pleasant pumping experience here. Card swiped very nicley, and the mechanism for auto-pump flipped into place easily. It always puts a smile on my face when I take my hand off the pump and it doesn't snap off in 2 seconds. Since all was going well i figured i would run to the bathroom quick. This is where things took a 5 star turn. The Bathroom was hands down the cleanest gas station bath i have ever seen. I would drive an hour out of my way, just to tinkle in in this can. Kudos to the OCD employee that keeps this thing tip top, keep up the good work.”

“It’s a quick stop for soda and sundries. Kathy makes it our location of choice. She’s always busy taking care of the details in the store. Kathy is the best convenience store manager I’ve ever seen. On top of organized and keeping the store running, Kathy is always positive and goes above and beyond. So refreshing in a world where no one seems to know how to work anymore.

“I began bringing my vehicles to Dave shortly after he opened. I have never had any issues with the work. It is a busy shop because they are very good at what they do.the rates are reasonable and fair. My struts went on my truck and Dave managed to diagnose and repair including an alignment in two days. I dropped the truck off Sunday evening and picked it up Tuesday afternoon. He squeezed me into an already busy schedule. I really appreciate that. Thank you Dave and crew.”
