“Hi Angela, I hope you are doing well. I recently stayed at your Relax Inn and everything was good. But we made a mistake during checkout.
Our room was already paid until December 1st, but we accidentally renewed the room early on November 30th and paid extra. We did not use the extra night.
Can you please help check this and refund the extra payment, or adjust it to our next stay?
