“As we approach another Crime Scene Investigation major event in 2025 for the Liberty University Helms School of Government we need to give a huge shout out to Bee Line. “We were on a trip in a 40’ diesel pusher motor home we had recently purchased used. The morning of our departure to return home the low air pressure alarms came on. Within 30 minutes of call, Travis arrived. He quickly found the problem , which was an air dryer that had not been properly maintained. So that we could get home , he bypassed the dryer which allowed pressure to increase. Travis then proceeded to check various fluids, top off brake fluid and others and suggest we tried to take flattest drive home we could. Truly a professionalThank you. Dave and Pam. “The truck rental was fine, but I had a bad experience with their added mileage costs. They overcharged me for miles I didn't drive. Always take odometer pictures before you start your trip because they don't track it themselves and assume you will forget.
Edit: I was able to get a refund for the mileage overcharge from the front desk after a lengthy discussion. Their application is buggy, so always talk to a person.”
