“Atlantic Union is a great customer-first bank. This branch is an historic location dating back to the origin story of Union Bank and Trust. There is a mural on the wall, behind the teller desks that tell the story of Caroline County. There is also a small back museum inside the building. Worth a visit.”

“Some people apparently expect a bank to be more than they can be. For me, Union Bank, First Union and now Atlantic Union has been the best bank I've ever had. Of course, a bank in Ladysmith will be on the smaller side. Of course, they'll be short-staffed at times. Just be thankful you have a branch bank! You have to have a little understanding and patience to have this convenience in a far-flung town. I have always found them fair, kind and a good experience.”
