The service department is impossible to get in contact with, have left three messages since 12/14/23 and keep being told they will call me back, but do not hear from them. Unfortunate, terrible customer service, when options are unlimited, do better Berglund!

Terrible experience for my father, dealing with a recall. Dropped off paperwork with truck, after receiving paperwork and notification from manufacturer. Wrote note vehicle dropped off. An inspection was performed in the vehicle, that was just inspected a month ago. This was after making calls throughout the day, unanswered or unable to leave message on full mailbox.Super unfortunate for my elderly father to have to make the trek back to his mechanic again to pay for another inspection. Wouldn’t recommend, super frustrating experience.

The people at the FORD place in Salem were very helpful, curtious and efficient. Had oil change and tires rotated, didn't take but 45 minutes. In and out in no time. Thanks for your service.

Purchased a 2013 Hyundai Veloster off their lot. After 1 day I noticed a leak forming. Still can't figure out the leak but it's funny how clean that area was before. Also after looking for the leak I noticed that the car has bad motor mounts but somehow passed inspection. The work on this job was so shotty even the bulb cover under the hood was just sitting behind the headlight not attached. I don't blame the sales staff. They only know to sell. I blame the service department. I know I should have looked better but I had been searching all day for a car after mine was totaled in a hit and run, but I trusted Berglund to do a quality job. I even reached out to them and left a voicemail that was never responded to. My advice is just to look elsewhere or have another service shop look at it.*Update- Kevin the service manager reached out to me about my car. He asked me to drop it off and let them look at it. They have fixed the main issue and I was assured yesterday that if i had any other issue he would address them. Thank you for standing behind your product and listing to a customer. More people need to be like Kevin. The service department that he is a part of us super friendly. Thank you guys.

Had a really positive experience talking to Alex. Ask for him and he will be more than happy to put you in a car and send you on your Merry way. I'll add photos later. Edit: so anyway, I got a 2018 Nissan Rogue with less than 80,000 miles. It's an absolutely good condition and immaculate. There are absolutely no door dings. The interior is an Immaculate condition. So my best advice for you is to ask for a fellow named Alex. He will totally help you out.

I viewed a car that I was very interested in, and I called to ask to test drive it. Virgil was very informative and friendly on the phone. We got there and we were immediately approached by Annessia (I hope I spelled that right, I lost her business card) She was absolutely wonderful! Made sure we felt comfortable and appreciated. No matter what, she always had a positive attitude to her, and I wish I could thank her again for her help. The car was great, it rode smooth and it felt right. At this point i was extremely interested in buying. The only issue was the backup screen. It was warped and you could not see what was behind you. I mentioned that when talking about purchasing it. One of the financial managers showed up to talk about the vehicle and the backup screen. He said they would not fix before purchase and it was out of warranty, which would be a trip back to the dealership to get it fixed. I tried to negotiate since it had a pretty major flaw, but there was no budging. Overall, he kind of ruined the experience since his attitude was not great, and he was a bit condescending towards me. It felt like he did not actually want to sell the car to me. I wish I could give a better rating, but that encounter completely ruined any chance of wanting to buy that vehicle, and he was no help to me whatsoever.

Several calls to this dealership, three voice-mails and we can't get a call back to even get assistance. 2023 mustang that was purchased from this dealership and they don't seem interested in any assistance. We will now have to go out of our way by an hour just to get service that should have been easily offered here.

The service department is the absolute best!!! We traveled cross country and unfortunately the turbo in our truck went out during the trip. We called Berglund Ford to see if it was possible to get our truck in the shop anytime soon and we were told to bring it asap. Also, Joseph walked us through what would be best do to ensure nothing messed up on the truck anymore while coming towards the dealership. Very knowledgeable! Joseph and his team was able to get our vehicle in the shop and fix it all within an hour. An absolute blessing!! Best Ford dealership we’ve been too.

I called Berglund Ford service department to comply with a Ford Motor Company recall on my 2022 Bronco Sport. I got their voicemail and left a message. I never got a response. I called a few days later and spoke with a live person. They told me they would document my request, order the parts, and contact me when the parts arrived. A week went by and I heard nothing. So I went to the service department in person and miraculously the parts had just arrived, and they scheduled me for an appointment. I asked for an afternoon appointment because I have commitments in the morning, but I was told by Berglund Ford's service department that this would be a lengthy procedure, and that I needed to bring my car in at 8 am. I arrived at 9 am, and the recall procedure was performed in less than two hours. So why was I lied to and told I needed to be in at 8 am? Could it be their mechanics like to leave early? I wonder. In any case, I never felt like Berglund Ford valued me as a customer. Perhaps because I didn't purchase my Ford vehicle through them. So I guess I'm just an annoyance to them since they didn't make any money off me in this transaction. Nevertheless, they are supposed to represent the Ford company in its entirety with dignity and compassion. That was not my experience at Berglund Ford. And by the way, they don't have wi-fi in their waiting area either. How embarrassing.

Their service department is reliable and honest but impossible to contact by phone. Had my car in a few weeks ago. Had a question and spent all morning trying to call Ford Service. Would either go to voice mail or just disconnect me. Eventually I drove 10 minutes to the service department so I could talk to someone! If you are not going to answer phone calls or return voice mails, then don't give customers that option!!! I will go back but find this lack of communication maddening

Really, Berglund…. You’re letting go of an employee while his wife is in the hospital after giving birth to a newborn and she’s in serious condition, I thought your company had more sympathy and integrity.That employee has been talking to me and many of my friends and I was interested in coming to your facility to look at options. Not now!!! I will let everyone know that this is not reputable company!!!

The gentleman that helped Zack was very knowledgeable and friendly when I brought my truck in for service he helped me understand what work was being done and why as well as helping me understand what future work will needed to be done as well as preventative maintenance that can be done now thank everyone including zack for all the help

I need to edit this review after receiving a call. I have an appointment to get the mirror settings updated on Thursday morning. It's always nice to see a dealer that values their customer relationships. From one star to five stars.I purchased a set of towing mirrors for my 2021 F150 FOR $700. The marker lights and turn signals do not work and I understand that there is programming that needs to be done to turn that feature on.

I would write them a zero if I could. I had a oil using problem with my brand new Mazda from purchase. Berglund lied to me for a year. I called Mazda directly and explained Berglund wont even return my phone calls after calling daily for one week. They suggest I go to Nelson Mazda and they found the problem with my vehicle and repaired it while under manufacturer warranty.
