Had a repair emergency. They were booked solid but graciously took a few minutes to run a diagnostic exam on my car to help me out tremendously as we would have been stuck potentially for days or maybe even weeks. THANK YOU SO MUCH to Berglund Mazda and wonderful service staff! I'm grateful!

Bought new mazda got a flat tire and they won't fill with nitrogen or fix tire only replace tire with gas station air and charge me..haven't made 1 car payment... Burgland Mazda never buying any more from them .

Johnny and Casey had my car in and out in two shakes of a lamb's tail for my 3000 mile check up. Casey took the time to answer all my questions and even fixed the body trim on my car which could have cost hundreds had I taken it elsewhere. So happy that workers still take pride in their craft and making customers satisfied. Highly recommend!

I just bought my first car last week from BERGLUND Mazda and would recommend to anyone who decides on getting a used or even a somewhat used car. I really appreciate Matt the sales representative that helped me find the car that I wanted to my liking. That was by far the best service I’ve had at a car dealership!!

I took my 2013 Ford Focus into Berglund Ford for transmission repair. Part of the repair was covered by Ford because of transmission problems with that model. The service person told me it would be two to six months before the car would be ready. That was four weeks ago. Because it would be so long, I asked Berglund Ford to give me a trade-in value on the car. And, please show me some low priced used cars. They gave me $3,500 for my 2013 Ford Focus. And, I bought a 2006 Mazda Tribute from Berglund for $10,000. The day after buying the Mazda Tribute, the transmission failed. Complete replacement of the transmission was suggested by *** ************* in Salem, VA. The Mazda Tribute is still with *** ************ awaiting installation of a $4,000 transmission.\nMeanwhile, my wife was looking for an inexpensive used car. So, I went of Berglund Ford's used car website yesterday and found my 2013 Ford Focus listed For Sale!\nIt has only been 4 weeks. So, either Berglund Ford lied to me or they are knowingly selling a car with a bad transmission!\nI gave Berglund Ford the benefit of the doubt, when they sold me the Mazda Tribute with a bad transmission.\nBut now I know, they are purposely selling cars with bad transmission!\nThe 2013 Ford Focus currently listed on their used car website has a University of S. Carolina magnetic bumper sticker in the shape of a paw on the back. My wife put that there. We both went to the University of S. Carolina. Berglund didn't take it off because part of the magnet stuck to the car and leaves a black spot on the car, if you take the paw magnet off.\nBerglund Ford is asking $10,998 for the car they only gave me $3,500 for.\nBut worse, Berglund Ford is selling a car that they know has a bad transmission!\nThey did it to me with the Mazda Tribute. And, they are going to do it again, to whoever buys that 2013 Ford Focus!

I came here a while back to do some service on my brand new Mazda3 (which was leaking water from the ceiling), and Johnny provided some of the best service I'd had. He was super nice and helpful and my car was completely fixed and even cleaned up for me for free. He worked with me to get me a nice loaner and made sure to get the original factory parts for me. Would certainly recommend!

In a time of hard to find and low stock, Berglund had the Vehicle we were looking for. No none sense sale approach and the deal was done over txt. the vehicle was the color and had all the option we wanted , they even took the time to go over all the features and help set up the Mazda App for us. Big thanks to Alex for making this happen.

In a time when trying to find a new car is exceptionally difficult and when I have no idea what car I actually wanted, I have to say Grace Johnston at Berglund Mazda was exceptional. She was able to help me make a good decision on the car I needed. She was available without making me feel pushed or smothered. She was a breath of fresh air when dealing with car sales and I love my CX 5 ❤️.

Staff was friendly, courteous and professional. I didn't feel financially gouged when I left. I was alerted to some really nasty filters that needed replacing and was shown the filters. I wasn't fear mongered into replacing them; just notified. A lot of mechanics out there would do that when the customer is female. These guys did not. I'm happy. My 11 year old car is running better. I am a happy camper.

As always, they took care of a small issue on my CX-5 in an efficient, timely manner.It would be hard to find a more honest, knowledgeable shop in which to get your Mazda repaired and maintained.
