“Exceptional staff, extremely helpful and kind and accommodating to the guest. Comfortable beds, clean fresh bedding. Microwave and small refrigerator in room is always a plus. Convenient location. Quiet, I felt safe. I met some very nice guess at breakfast. Having DOVE PRODUCTS TO USE WAS A BIG PLUS FOR ME THANK YOU!!!

“We took a family vacation here and were treated like royalty. We were greeted each time we came in from an excursion and were allowed to use the lobby/ breakfast areas to share our meals in the evening. The staff was very accommodating in making sure we had the daily supply of towels needed at the pool and for our showers. This is close to so many fun things to do and because we saved money on the hotel we were able to have more fun. Clean and spacious rooms, we got the queen suites, and we requested adjoining rooms so the kids could have their space to play cards at night. Highly recommend this location and the phenomenal staff. Quiet morning coffee and complimentary breakfasts just added to the value.”
“Staff was very friendly but the place is in need of professional renovations. Some repairs have been made but not by experienced individuals. Shower hot water valve is actually a cold water valve so it turns on the incorrect direct. Wall show crack and water damage repair but left a noticeable bump in the wall on the back side of the shower”

“I was skeptical but wanted to give it a try. I'm avoiding visiting relatives and stayed at the quality inn airport, econolodge civic center and baymont inn salem. This was no worse than any of the others I stayed in. Unlike other reviews, my room did not have maintenence issues like holes in the wall or leaking faucets. Its actually similar to the baymont inn but $20 cheaper and the location is awesome and very safe. I guess if I got a room with the issues some other had, I would ask for a different room. Only warning. The mattresses are hard as a rock, and no shampoo or conditioner included.”

“We stayed here one night with family. This is relatively recently built hotel. The rooms and the hotel overall were clean. The rooms were tidy, the beds were comfortable. The shower and bathroom overall were all great. The staff was friendly. Would recommend.
They can improve on the breakfast. The breakfast lounge is not properly organized. And there is not a lot of fresh warm stuff in the breakfast.”
