As any ather ware house the loading and unloading process depends on the mood of the worker it could be ur lucky day or ur resting day I got lucky 2 Ahours unloading time there is staging parking here once u get unloaded u must leave

Slowwwwwww appointment was 9 got a door a few minutes after checking in. Asked to pay lumper fee at 11. Still in door with red light at 12:30
Update— came a second time on a Sunday, checked in at 6am for a 9 am appt. Got the text for a door immediately and unloaded and bills in hand at 7:51am!

I've been here a while now. But it depends on what you are delivering I guess.. overall it's a very organized place and easy to work through
