I had 2 Amazon returns, I wanted to return both of them to the Salem,VA UPS Store on Main St. For some reason Amazon changed 1 of my return drop off locations to Staples in Roanoke. I could not correct this, but Marcio took his time and tried to correct this for me. Amazon wasn't having it. lol With his help I was able to contact Amazon and correct the issue! I appreciate Marcio's time, patience and his kindness.”
