“My friend had a building there and it was nice. The office people were really nice. Clean and dry. Only thing was she paid her rent on the 3 of the month. She closed it out and was empty and out on the 4th. She still had to pay for the whole month. But we all know it's all about the money. Still a good clean storage unit. ?”

“Convenient location to our home and my work so can stop by and pickup or dropoff on regular basis. We have rented the large storage space for several years now. Only had one issue where someone had cut off our lock. We called and found that the maintenance person had noticed some suspicious behavior and scared them off. They put the temporary lock on our unit and replaced it with a new one at no charge. Luckily nothing had been stolen or damaged. It would be nice if they installed some security cameras since they don't staff the office on a regular basis any longer.”

“Absolutely LOVED the service I received from Virginia Varsity Transfer. Top quality service from start to finish. I've been trying for 2 months to get my Steinway grand piano delivered from my Roanoke house to my new home in NC. I've been ripped off by one company, had a no show from another and a third that would pick it up in July but deliver it until after Labor Day. Virginia Varsity scheduled my pickup between 8:15-8:30 and to my surprise they arrived early. They were very knowledgeable about how to pack and move a grand piano and in no time, delivered it and had it set up in my new home.
