“Moving on Forward was professional from start to finish! The owner quickly responded to my request for a quote and got me on their schedule promptly, working with us to find the best day avoiding bad weather. Tim and his crew of two other men showed up on time, in a clean truck with plenty of moving blankets and straps. They were organized and had a great system of working with each other. Our belongings were moved with speed but with extreme care for our things and our newly refinished floors. Their service was top notch and a great value! I will definitely be calling Moving on Forward for any other moves in the future! Thank you!!”

We rented a climate controlled unit and had no issues or complaints. The facility was clean, easy to access, and the staff we interacted with at the office were very pleasant. Would recommend to anyone looking for safe, clean storage facility.”

“We used Upack to move from New Hampshire to Virginia. The customer service at both state sites, and the main office were super helpful.Our driver that delivered our Upack trucks in Virginia was incredible! He went above and beyond to get our trailers into a convenient unloading spot.Upack was way more cost-effective than competitors. Their pay by the foot on the second trailer made it less stressful to try and fit everything into the trailer. We needed more space than we originally anticipated, so it was great that they only charge you for the space you use.Moving is a pain, so we don't plan on doing it again soon, but we would definitely use Upack for our future moving needs.”

“Greg and Jeff, along with their crew, were awesome from pickup to delivery. The contract was signed and within two days, they were picking up my furniture in VA and it was delivered to TN within 48 hours. They took extreme care with my furniture and everything was delivered in excellent condition.

“The guys from Dunmar loaded and delivered our stuff from Smith Mountain Lake all the way down to Bristol. They were fast and efficient and friendly! They wrapped every item and were careful to pad our house and put down rubber walkways to not damage our floors. They worked from 8:30 am until 5 pm and did not take a break! They even took the time to show our 3 year old how to pack things. Upon delivery they did the same procedure to keep our things and our house in perfect condition. These guys deserve all the money because it would have taken us at least a year to move all of our stuff! They took the time to rearrange furniture when I decided it needed to get in a different room. We cannot say enough good things about their work!!!”

The value surpasses any other quotes you're going to get and they are professional, courteous, and respectful of your belongings theoughput the loading and unloading, up until the final invoice is in hand. Adrian communicates well, checks in during the move, and makes sure the guys are doing well and you're pleased with progress. I had some heavy pieces and they were careful and made sure not to damage the furniture or anything on either property. I can't say enough positive about them.
