“I backed into a sign post and broke the stupid plastic bumper and one rear light cover on my Prius. Got three quotes in my area, all shops estimating they could fit me in a couple weeks away, with the job taking a week. Mike at Eades Autobody is the only one who connected on a personal level, as we chatted in his office for a good while about everything from business to family to virtual reality. He is a one-man operation but his estimate was competitive and his shop was also closest to my home, so I chose him for the job. Paid for the parts in advance and for the work at pickup, which was on a Friday, after having dropped the car off on Monday. We communicated via text messages and the job was well done, it looks like it did before I backed into the sign. Thanks Mike, I hope not to have to visit your shop again, but if I do, I know I'll be in good hands.”
