“I visited this location on Hull Street (across the street from the large vacant church) often & one of the associates (I think she's a manager) is ALWAYS super friendly to everyone! She was really helpful to a woman who'd purchased a lot of 2 liter sodas & she shows excellent customer service to all of the people entering the store. I don't know her name, but I remember her smile! If I do get her name, I will enter it at a later date because she deserves to be recognized.”

“I drive from Richmond to come here to find Boost when my Richmond stores are out of it but unfortunately for the last Almost 2 months no Boots and none at the stores Richmond or Petersburg! “I like this store is a very nice place to shop the people that work there are very friendly to have good customer service but I've noticed they're starting to go up on certain things I wish that it could have been that it didn't I liked it when they had everything a certain price because you could just go in there and grab something if you are in a hurry or if you didn't have a lot of money on you. you could get something cheap and still get something good from out of there I'll still be going to Dollar Tree but only to get certain things that I need from out of there.”

“This was one of the worst family dollars near me. There are 7 in the area. Trash everywhere, no necessary stock and management hung in the driveway. The only good thing about this place is the Jamaican lady who works there. They have new management and so far good. The manager helped me with my bags and greeted me on my way in. Fingers crossed”
