“Christian made time for me and got my custom bracelet made while I waited. I was very surprised to see how fast and good he can work. I am a gold prospector and found a gold nugget and he embedded a gold ring into the nugget magically somehow, and connected it to the bracelet as to not damage the bracelet, but held it in place permanently. See the image, pure mastery. I will definitely be using him again!!”

“Went to Dransfield to build a custom setting for an engagement ring using a diamond I already had, and I can't say enough good thing about the whole experience! Rose was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process and worked closely with me to design a truly unique piece. This involved Rose drawing up many sketches, and then working with me to take parts I liked from different designs, combining them into my fiancés dream ring. Rose really listened to my ideas while also bringing in her expertise for helpful suggestions. I could tell she really cared about the project and poured a lot of time into the ring. Last but not least, the pricing was fantastic and well within my budget!Can't wait to work with Rose again soon for our wedding bands!”

“We went to Nine Roses not really having a clue as to what I wanted for an engagement ring except a specific shape (that isn't super easy to come by). Nick spent so much time listening to us, giving us advice, and finding multiple diamonds in the shape I wanted for me to choose from. Him and his team came up with a design, I got my ring on NYE and it's more beautiful than anything I ever imagined. Don't sleep on this Richmond local jeweler; Nine Roses is top notch, and we will definitely be back for our wedding bands!”

“What a fantastic experience. My Fortis suddenly stopped working and I was worried that I would have to ship it halfway across the country to get repaired. Fortunately I found Watch and Pen. Dennis and his wife were fantastic. He was able to diagnose the issue, make the repair, and even let me look over his shoulder and explain the entire process to me while doing it. It was a lot of fun to watch him master at work. My watch is running better than before and their price was much better than anywhere that I would have shipped it off to. “Great price and a genuine guy!! Had him repair a broken engagement ring cut a necklace turn the cut part into a bracelet and repair a pendant. The pendant was to close fit to the chain and broke. Went back and he repaired the pendant and widened the whole free of charge. This is where I will go for any jewelry repair!!”
