“I just moved out of my unit because I moved out of the area. I have used storage units my entire adult life and MyStorage in Mechanicsville was the BEST experience. Great price. Just off the main road behind Publix and Harbor Freight. It was always convenient to stop by storage and run errands at the same time. All the staff I ever ran into was so friendly and nice. I haven’t seen Elise in a while but she was my go to person! Jael made my day a little better every time. Always offering a bottled water, asking how I’ve been, and patient when my bill was late. The entire facility is so clean. I had a drive up unit and never had any issues with pests, weather or leaks. Highly recommend if it’s an option. I have not been to other locations.”
“7/6/26: I literally called Stewart Moving Company and apologized for not using them again for my move to NH. I am in the middle of being moved by a company that raised my estimate THREE times, including today when the workers were stopped until I handed over an ADDITIONAL $6,000 check and agreed to an ADDITIONAL $3,900 on delivery. So today's ransom was MORE than the revised estimates and in addition to that estimate. TRUST Stewart Moving Company!

I had a very urgent matter and left a message and she got back to me and handled the situation within minutes went above and beyond Great Customer Service kind caring very understanding and at the same time was very thorough and verifying my identity and doing her job plus going above and beyond I really appreciate you very much and your Great Customer Service also considering it’s a holiday weekend I have nothing but great things to say about this location from the time I rented with the manager and my interaction with the assistant manager when I transferred from EXTRA Space STORAGE to Public Storage. I know the property is nothing fancy but I don’t need fancy. I just need a affordability and security and storing my belongings and that is what this place does they have the best customer service, very accommodating, always kind and go above and beyond in help with any sort of situation. I highly recommend this property.

“This is my first storage locker and I'm impressed. It's easily accessible (downtown), low rate, and it's a pretty big size, I could store bedroom furniture in it, if I wanted too! I go to pickup and drop-off all the time with no problem! I actually had my own lock to put on it, but the sales associate suggested that I buy the extra secure lock to be the safest! Both locks works wonders and I'm happy I found the place.”

“I highly recommend Bermuda Self Storage to Military Customers as they are very military-friendly (Fort Gregg-Adams is not far from their location). “Ethan and the team did a great job moving me from Richmond to Charlottesville. I have a lot of special pieces passed down through my family, and they handled all of it with care. Everything arrived in perfect condition with no damages, which was such a relief. They had to move heavy pieces up four flights of stairs, this was not an easy job! My mom still talks about how polite and professional they were, highly recommend!!”

I've fell on times several times and she made sure to let me know we can work together.
