“There is no contest, this is the best storage facility in Richmond!The entire facility is kept clean, well lit and offers 24/7 access. Security is definitely not lacking here; it’s access controlled and has a security camera on just about every hallway. They have quite a few different carts available, and both a car port loading bay, as well as a dock you can pull a bigger truck up to.However, what really sets this facility apart from all of the others is the staff. As mentioned in several other reviews, Melinda and Aaron are awesome. They are professional, understanding and beyond helpful. The customer service provided here is amazing!”

“Pursell, Ty H., Brad, & Pacman, were so awesome during our move. They prepped the entire home to protect from damages. (Covered stairway walls & railings, covered hardwood floors , and wrapped/padded all furniture to name a few .)They were quick and efficient! They did NOT take a million breaks and completed the job without complaint. They all were very customer friendly and really show pride in what they do!! Hard to find this quality of work these days. Not to forget to mention, that NOTHING was damaged or broken when they were done!! Call ‘My Guys Moving’ & ask for these guys mentioned above for your next move and you will be more than pleased, and probably amazed as I was!! Pricing was reasonable as well for what you get. “I was pleasantly surprised at the prices. I was expecting a lot more money due.The manager was incredibly generous and answered all my questions. Also the main one helping me that day was a woman named Ja’el. She took so much time for me. She answered all my questions as well. She took me to 3different units so I could visualize how to store the things I need to bring in. She was patient with me and even helped me lock my units. I highly recommend this location or even the company to anyone. They actually seem to care about people not just the money. That was a godsend with my situation. They both did a lot for me and I’m so grateful and thankful.”
