“I had a great experience with Chris and his crew. Chris was a true professional and moved swiftly and diligently as he carefully packed up my family’s belongings. Chris and his crew had to move my things up and down three flights of walk up stairs and they did it lightning quick. If I had to move again I would personally request Chris and his team because I would be able to sleep well at night knowing my valuables will be handled with care and my things will be packed quickly.”

“There is no contest, this is the best storage facility in Richmond!The entire facility is kept clean, well lit and offers 24/7 access. Security is definitely not lacking here; it’s access controlled and has a security camera on just about every hallway. They have quite a few different carts available, and both a car port loading bay, as well as a dock you can pull a bigger truck up to.However, what really sets this facility apart from all of the others is the staff. As mentioned in several other reviews, Melinda and Aaron are awesome. They are professional, understanding and beyond helpful. The customer service provided here is amazing!”

“The office manager, Tammy, runs a tight ship along with her assistant manager, Wendy. The office hours are convenient and both ladies are pleasant to work with and always a welcoming atmosphere. Lots of fun activities too.The storage facility is kept immaculate. They offer non climate and climate controlled spaces with lighting and nearby external electricity for tenants use. They've expanded and are offering some good pricing promotions. Stop in and see Tammy and Wendy. You'll appreciate the fantastic customer service experience.”

He was very understanding and helpful. His customer service was outstanding! I would definitely go back to this specific location if I need a public storage unit again as long as Sam is still there.”

“The storage is easy to access and the facility is well-maintained, but what really makes this place stand out is the people who who work there! They were pleasant and helpful throughout most of my interactions with them. I was especially grateful that they found an item that was left behind and took it in for safe keeping. Unfortunately, after I made two attempts to retrieve it, they stopped responding and the item was never returned. This was especially disappointing because of how helpful and communicative they had been up to that point.”

“Pursell, Ty H., Brad, & Pacman, were so awesome during our move. They prepped the entire home to protect from damages. (Covered stairway walls & railings, covered hardwood floors , and wrapped/padded all furniture to name a few .)They were quick and efficient! They did NOT take a million breaks and completed the job without complaint. They all were very customer friendly and really show pride in what they do!! Hard to find this quality of work these days. Not to forget to mention, that NOTHING was damaged or broken when they were done!! Call ‘My Guys Moving’ & ask for these guys mentioned above for your next move and you will be more than pleased, and probably amazed as I was!! Pricing was reasonable as well for what you get.
