“Alex was amazing. My home had water intrusion and a storage this was a last minute need for my family. I had never rented a storage space and was concerned about hidden fees or being scammed like I had read and heard about from others. Alex talked me through everything, helped me stay on top of move out dates and when best to alert the staff of moving plans. They also reviewed if I needed extra dates what the rates would be so I was aware of all my the fees that would meet my needs. The facility was clean and safe. “Rented a space online for some extra savings. Was notified when the space was ready and a lock was left inside for my use. The app makes entering and leaving easy. The use of a computer interface in the office was interesting, but having a live person help was great. And an in town person called right away to offer any extra needed assistance. All in all, a great experience starting our rental.”

“I had a great experience over the last 3 years with Smartbox. In 2021 we sold our home and had 2 boxes delivered on time right in our driveway. We packed them floor to ceiling and they picked up right on time. We accessed them once at their facility, where they placed them in the parking lot for easy access. I closed out the account when we picked up the contents ourselves and hauled to our new home. After 3 years the contents looked exactly as we packed them. No leaks, tumbles, etc.

My only complaint is that our destination was further from the warehouse than anticipated (2.5 hours) and they could not deliver without using a partner that wanted an insane amount ($2500) to deliver to a local warehouse, not my driveway. Obviously we picked up ourselves and just drove it to the new house.

I'd use them again if I knew both locations would be within their delivery area.”

“They were friendly, fast, and answered any and all questions I had. I got a truck and a unit all at once and the whole process took less than 15 minutes, including them walking me to my unit, showing me all the steps to access everything, going over the truck, and cracking jokes the whole time.”

“Had a fantastic experience with this crew! Ty went above and beyond reaching out and meeting my needs. The 20' truck ran like a top! I was quite impressed, very, smooth, extremely well kept. Also had a storage container that was immaculate upon my arrival with a new lock and keys at my disposal.
