“Tuesday night I had a blow out on 295 at mm 38. I called Travelers Auto Asst. and someone was there in 15 minutes. Next day I called several places to get a new tire. TNT was recommended by my grandson, Adam Harper. I called and got 2 new front tires about the price of 1 everywhere else. I dropped my car off at 11 Wednesday Morning and was greeted by the nicest man. He took my keys and my car was ready for me by 3 o'clock the same day. “The nicest people , I recently took my car to them after a failing relationship with my regular mechanic of years. They serviced it once and weeks later it was having the same issue - as soon as I called they had me stop driving it. Met me with a loaner car and didn’t charge me again for ANYTHING even though it was something entirely different than we thought. The service manager called and updated me along the way of every detail and ensured me they would get it taken care of. They are top notch and offer rides, pick ups , and complimentary nice clean and well maintained loaner cars as part of service. That was a huge help and eliminated the stress of going without your vehicle. Jacki is wonderful too work with & I have found my new shop going forward. Thank you again !”

“Well, the best vehicle I have ever owned is back at Pattons. My truck has never had to be towed, but when I pulled in to there shop after hours, it literally stopped and would not start. My truck is a 2006 Chevy Silverado with nearly 260 thousand miles. I do most of the work on it myself, but there are some things I cannot do. Before finding Pattons, I had my favorite shop. When things got really technical, they told me they could not fix it and come get it. That is when I found Pattons. There diagnostics is second to none. They repaired my truck at a price that was more than reasonable. Now they are helping me work through a problem with the Computer, which is no longer available. Vince called me and explained how difficult this will be. I have total confidence that they will get it back to me running great! Pattons is through and has the equipment to find hidden problems keeping your vehicle running it’s best. They are a good Christian company that works with honesty and integrity! Thanks Guys!”

“As a former automotive tech: I haven’t seen, experienced, or sensed anything shady from these guys at all.
I do most of my own work, but things like tires aren’t worth doing on my own and I can’t do my own state inspections (but I as a formerly licensed inspector I do know whether they should pass or not). I’ve also sent friends and family here and haven’t heard of anything negative.
These guys remind me of the last shop I worked at; busy, interested in providing good service at a reasonable price, and otherwise appear to be running an honest business. No complaints.”

“There's only one place I'll take my vehicles to for a basic oil change or repair and that's Old Church tire & Service. Mark and this team are fair and honest.
My check engine light came on. I ask them to check it out and give the vehicle a general tune-up inspection. I was going to be out of town for a week so I just dropped it off and ask them to get to when they could. They found the problem and fixed it. I don't know a lot about cars but I know when I'm getting screwed. That's not something I have to worry about with these guys. The fixed the problem. I asked if there was any issues with my brakes or belts, etc. and they said there weren't any. My rear brakes were fine and my front brakes weren't worrisome enough yet. That's honest. Another place could've told me all sorts of stuff.
My bill was lower than expected and one I don't mind paying. I've been a customer for three years. No reason to go anywhere else.”

First, I had to go during my lunch break, and they were very busy, so it wasn't going to allow me time to get lunch. The owner instantly offered to give me a ride when he heard me talking to another customer. Then he paid for my lunch!!! “I came in with a bit of an emergency. I was running late for work and had a screw. In my tire, the tire at this point was halfway deflated. I walked into the shop and was immediately greeted by stewart, who was busy working on another vehicle. I told him about my situation and he actually stopped what he was doing and asked me to back my car in. Stewart had that screw extracted and the hole plugged. In less than ten minutes, and I was on my way. My experience today was top notched, if I could give them six stars, I would.”
