“There's only one place I'll take my vehicles to for a basic oil change or repair and that's Old Church tire & Service. Mark and this team are fair and honest.
My check engine light came on. I ask them to check it out and give the vehicle a general tune-up inspection. I was going to be out of town for a week so I just dropped it off and ask them to get to when they could. They found the problem and fixed it. I don't know a lot about cars but I know when I'm getting screwed. That's not something I have to worry about with these guys. The fixed the problem. I asked if there was any issues with my brakes or belts, etc. and they said there weren't any. My rear brakes were fine and my front brakes weren't worrisome enough yet. That's honest. Another place could've told me all sorts of stuff.
My bill was lower than expected and one I don't mind paying. I've been a customer for three years. No reason to go anywhere else.”

“I’ve used them for a couple of years now but what really earned them the five stars is when my tire blew out on the highway and I had to get my car towed there in the middle of the night. The next day it was musical-cars for me. Nothing. Went as planned except for Discount Tires. They were efficient, friendly, and communicative. However, what surprised me was they didn’t charge me anything. I thought it was a mistake. I told them this isn’t a car we’ve ever brought in (new car - we’ve brought in others). They told me that they don’t charge for a simple flat. Now, I don’t know if that’s because they know I’m a customer or if they do that for everyone. Either way, it definitely sets the right tone and keeps me as a satisfied customer.”

“On a family vacation far from home and on a Sunday of all days, we found our battery and alternator were about to die. We were stuck in traffic with the battery light on. It was over 95 degrees outside but we turned off the air conditioner and opened all the windows. Eight people and a dog sweating it out, hoping we could make it somewhere to get it fixed before the electric cut out. We were so blessed to be able to get the service we needed from Firestone in Mechanicsville VA on a Sunday afternoon. Thank you Xavier and Brandon! And the air conditioned waiting room was so nice!”
