I dropped off my 2007 minivan for repair. The next day they called me with an estimate for the repair I requested. In their assessment they found a couple other minor problems and offered a no pressure quote to fix those things as well. I agreed to have all the repairs made and the van was ready for pickup the next day.
I appreciate the clear communication in plain words that I could understand. The quick turnaround to get the van back was very helpful. It's been a long time since this van has ran so good.”

“I engaged 301 Auto to mount and balance my new Goodyear Wrangler LT tires on my newly powder coated Ford F150 rims. They have touchless mounting equipment and road force balancing equipment. I could not be more pleased with the results. The wheel/tire assemblies are perfectly balanced, and there are no scratches on the rims.”
“I’ve used them for a couple of years now but what really earned them the five stars is when my tire blew out on the highway and I had to get my car towed there in the middle of the night. The next day it was musical-cars for me. Nothing. Went as planned except for Discount Tires. They were efficient, friendly, and communicative. However, what surprised me was they didn’t charge me anything. I thought it was a mistake. I told them this isn’t a car we’ve ever brought in (new car - we’ve brought in others). They told me that they don’t charge for a simple flat. Now, I don’t know if that’s because they know I’m a customer or if they do that for everyone. Either way, it definitely sets the right tone and keeps me as a satisfied customer.”

“I took my car in because I thought the oil pump was going out. I knew ahead of time to expect a big repair bill. It turned out that it was just a leaking sensor and my total repair bill was $164.00. These folks are good, honest people! They could have gone ahead and replaced the oil pump and I wouldn't have known any different. I know where to go in the future when I need auto work done. Great job y'all!”
