“My wife picked up a nail last night while on our way to work driving up to 64 in a violent rainstorm. Tire went completely flat pulled into a Wawa and ended up having to get the donut put on two hours later from a repair service who had no ability to fix the flat. Ended up at NTB on the second day and within an hour I was up and running once again.

They called the next day and informed me of inspection issues as well as some other maintenance items that should be completed. “There's only one place I'll take my vehicles to for a basic oil change or repair and that's Old Church tire & Service. Mark and this team are fair and honest.
My check engine light came on. I ask them to check it out and give the vehicle a general tune-up inspection. I was going to be out of town for a week so I just dropped it off and ask them to get to when they could. They found the problem and fixed it. I don't know a lot about cars but I know when I'm getting screwed. That's not something I have to worry about with these guys. The fixed the problem. I asked if there was any issues with my brakes or belts, etc. and they said there weren't any. My rear brakes were fine and my front brakes weren't worrisome enough yet. That's honest. Another place could've told me all sorts of stuff.
My bill was lower than expected and one I don't mind paying. I've been a customer for three years. No reason to go anywhere else.”

“My experience started a bit rough because I waited almost 45 minutes past my appointment time. However, once my car was taken in, the work was done efficiently. They replaced a leaking radiator hose and topped up coolant. The mechanic even ran the engine for a while to ensure there were no further leaks. It’s been a week and no overheating issues so far. I just wish scheduling was a bit tighter.”
“I took my car in first thing in the morning on a Friday (without an appointment) for a state safety inspection and for a diagnosis of my AC, which worked fine but had a loud noise coming from the blower that would get louder as I increased the blower’s intensity. They called me with my car both inspected and fixed by 1 pm. The noise from the AC was due to my cabin filter being slightly crushed, so they replaced it for me for a very affordable price and told me this was something that I could easily do myself in the future. I felt confident in both their abilities and integrity, and their pricing was excellent. I plan on going back for future work!”
