“Darrell Lukhard is a rare gem in the autobody paint and repair industry. Honest, competent, and reasonably priced. We had our F350 re-painted eight months ago and I waited to write this review until I was sure the job was going to hold up. Darrel was half the price of others, and the work he did is superb. Our 2001 Ford looks like it just came off the line yesterday!Services: Body & Trim”

The moment I talked to him on the phone about the vehicle I saw on their website, he was very professional and not pushy as most experience at a car dealership. “I bought a Pro Street Dominator from JD at AED. It really tuned my car, out of the box, with much better streetability, leaned the motor out at the right points, and increased fuel mileage and drivability. I am very happy. JD gave close guidance. I highly recommend AED. Where I started is I bought a 72 Nova, street/strip car with a 582 Shafiroff motor. It is killer for sure, but was running way to rich on the low side with a Holley Dominator, set up for WOT. I talked with some Holley folks at an NHRA race and they said call AED....go figure that...... I talked with JD....and now I have an AED modified Holley Dominator. Looks great...runs great. Thanks AED and JD...you know your stuff for sure. Everything you suggested and the results you indicated was spot on.”

“I highly recommend Affordable Body Shop. After badly scraping the passenger-side door of my Yukon, I got several estimates around the Richmond and Tri-Cities area. Some shops told me the entire door would need to be replaced, and the prices were extremely high. Affordable Body Shop was completely different. Lynn was professional, kind, and easy to work with, and they repaired the door beautifully for a very reasonable price. Months later, I noticed the paint color looked slightly different from the surrounding panels. I emailed Lynn, and she responded right away and asked me to bring it back. I dropped it off on a Monday, and within three days they corrected it at no additional charge and with no hassle at all. That kind of customer service is hard to find. They stood behind their work, treated me well, and went above and beyond. I have already recommended them to others and will definitely return if I ever need body work again. Highly recommend.”

“This is the second bed cover for a pickup I bought from Leonard. The first cover looks and operates today just like the day I bought it. I visited recently to buy another bed cover for a new pickup. They don't carry that brand any longer, so I chose a different name brand cover. The manager was very helpful and extended 5% veteran discount. The only downside is that the company has started charging for installation. Not a deal breaker. I'll be back.”

“I was concerned when I left Tampa Bay that I could not find another great mechanic who knew Chevy's. Oh man... Ian at Brake Stop is my find. He is funny and personable but the bottom line is, Ian knows how to fix vehicles. He let me know what needed to be done to properly fix my truck and his team was very thorough. He knows his craft and his mechanics are great. Brake Stop has good prices and you can trust this shop to maintain your investment. Now you know who to call when the lump won't run.”

“I stopped by this location after work on a Tuesday afternoon when I realized one of my headlights was out; I needed to purchase a replacement bulb and have it installed at the same time (I googled which shops provide this service and first listed was O’Riellys) The first associate I spoke with was welcoming and helpful. He located the correct bulb and came out to my car to confirm it was the right fit and attempted to begin the installation. After taking a look under the hood, he noticed that the bulb was in a particularly difficult spot to access and might require removing surrounding components. He brought out another team member to take a look, and they explained the setup was more complex than expected and might need a mechanic. “A mechanic for a lightbulb change?” I thought and began to get frustrated. Understanding the disappointment, they went back inside and checked to see if Andrew could assist—and I am so glad they did. Andrew approached the situation with confidence and patience, carefully figuring out how to access the bulb while working around the tight and complicated layout. Despite the challenge, he was able to replace the bulb and reassemble everything properly. Andrew was cheerful, professional, and very reassuring throughout the process. I truly appreciate the extra effort he put in to solve the issue rather than turning me away. Thank you, Andrew, for your outstanding customer service and dedication—you made what could have been a frustrating experience incredibly positive. You ROCK!”

“If they cannot rebuild it they can either recommend someone who can, or it cannot be rebuilt. We have used Automotive Manufacturers for rare parts, for good parts that are just worth rebuilding, for getting something faster than a good replacement, and for parts that are swapped or custom altered and there is no easy replacement. Those guys are always busy and always friendly. They willingly take a minute to explain what they found and what they did to fix it. A great team there, I brought them a peach cobbler last time. Love you guys!”
