“I am impressed. We hired Shannon from EIS Eaheart to train our morning and night shift teams at both our Richmond and Norfolk, VA locations. She was very good, clear, and professional. She ensured that we all understood the importance of safety and the operation of both electric and LP forklifts. Shannon guided each team member during the safety inspections and the stacking exercises. Our team was very pleased and motivated by the end, and we all passed with 100%.”

“I recently used this location to drop off a uhaul truck after a big move of nearly 500 miles. When I arrived on site I had been up for nearly 24 hours, moving stuff in the heat, and had a few hiccups along the way — but the ladies working at the desk were so kind. Jeanine is the one though I truly want to brag about — she was so caring and could tell it had been a rough day. The care and customer service she gave warrants the 5 stars and would really recommend anyone in the Richmond area use this location for storage or moving needs!”

“This U-Haul is also a gift shop and they do UPS shipping. It was a little confusing to find, but it is the Just Because gift shop in the strip of shops that has a Great Clips and a Subway.”

But when I called today and talked to Deshawn everything was solved within that 20 minute phone call. “Was afraid of hidden charges or them trying to ping me for pre existing damage. I took pictures of the truck before leaving the lot and so did the employee. Truck was clean had a backup cam which was a plus and didnt have any problems. Glad I spent the money to rent a truck, was a huge help in moving from my girlfriends apartment.”
