Would give a 0 if I could!!! They won't answer the phone at all called for a straight hr!!! They messed up and I need my package!!! It was supposed to be here on the 5th!!!!!

My package was supposed to be delivered on the 16 of january it’s now the 22 of january I don’t understand how someone can misplace or steal something that doesn’t belong to them but i tell you what i am going to report this that my documents was stolen y’all should be a shame of y’all selves stealing a child...
