“I am brand new to the area and I don't know where things are. I like this store because it has all the basics. It has hooks and decor. Towels and soaps. Kitchen basics. Beer. Wine. Candy. Dog food ... And the staff is always friendly. The customers are friendly and polite to each other too. The store seems fairly clean and organized.”
“I stopped in and bought a whole stick of cloth bologna couple weeks ago.I like to slice it myself for I like it thick. Going in again today to get more for family that are shut in because of health issues. This place is a benefit to the public. Service is fantastic. I've never tried any of the sandwiches but spring is around the corner and pool time weather. Be great to get meals made at this pantry. Oh and all the goodies they have yum yum.”
“We were in this area and stopped in here thinking it might be a great souvenir store . I read reviews from back 3-5years and at one time it must’ve been big souvenir store not so much anymore . I didn’t do a walk thru but from what I could tell they had candy and drinks and snacks . Just a few magnets that’s all I seen.. someone had said they had a bunch of trump souvenir here well it didn’t have any that I seen last night lol so I thought this would be a good update on this place . It’s a nice stop just regular store with gas and what you might need on the road !!”
“It's Food Lion, what's not to like? Produce is fresh, decent beer selection including micro and craft. Bakery kinda sucks. Get my cake orders wrong 1/2 the time and the writing looks juvenile. Now the stock is depleted so half of what you went there for isn't in stock. Not entirely their fault.”

“My wife had literally been searching literally the entire country for a specific Bra carried by Dollar General. This one we stopped at while on vacation and they had 4! She bought them all! We've been to dozens of Dollar Generals between MA and here looking for this Bra. Im told that when a girl finds a bra that works you buy all of them. Personally I have no experience with that. In this case I sat in the truck and enjoyed the view of the Shenandoah valley. This location has the best view of any Dollar General we have been to...and I've become an expert #goodhusband”

“Love Dollar General! They always seem to have what I need, and today was no exception. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot from the very busy Federal Highway 33.I did find this store a little bit dishelved from what I'm normally used to seeing at a Dollar General. Aisles were a bit clutter. But happy to report they had everything that we were looking for.”

“I am on a road trip from Florida to Maine... only traveling back roads, NO HIGHWAYS. I came across this hidden gem and stopped in to check it out, and it was just the type of place i was hoping to find along my route. I'm so glad I turned around to check this shop out. I ordered 2 sandwiches, some chips and got a bag of ice for the cooler. The BBQ sandwich was excellent as was the dill pasta salad. The prices were phenomenal.
This appeared to be a true country store, i saw farmers having lunch, truck drivers grabbing a coke from the old 1940s cooler and me with my sandwich and my pup. Please stop and spend your money here, because this place is truly something special.
Lets keep this store around another 100 years.
