Today I was visiting for several different transactions and witnessed a rude customer that was very unkind to my favorite employee, Carolyn. She tried her best to please the customer to no avail. It was as though the customer just didn’t have the patience to wait for Miss Carolyn to finish with what she was originally doing, so Miss Carolyn tried to get to her quickly but some people just can’t be satisfied. What a professional and upbeat attitude my favorite employee maintained despite how ugly that customer was to her. A true gem!❤️❤️❤️”
