“I did not actually stop in for oil service, I stopped in because my car started to over heat. Even though they were about to leave, the manager Tay(hope I spelled his name correctly) assisted me with such kindness. He also offered me and my granddaughter a drink and snacks. “I live in Richmond and was driving to Norfolk to take my three year old son to his first hockey game. We had big plans to explore Hampton Roads, but I blew out my tire (THIRD time THIS YEAR) right outside of Newport News. After putting the donut on my car, I called these guys hoping they would be able to squeeze me in last minute. They were able to accommodate and see me immediately after I arrives. I’m giving a massive shout out to Chaimone who was working the front desk and was super communicative and accommodating the whole time, even going above and beyond by driving and picking up the right size tire when they realized they didn’t have one (I didn’t realize my front and back tires were different sizes).
While we had to put off our big plans of exploring, we were still able to make it to the hockey game on time and had a great time. Our day could have easily been a bust, but because of the work from Tire Choice, and especially Chaimone, we had a wonderful and memorable day”
