“Scheduled an appointment for a state inspection. They took my car in at the scheduled time. Staff beginning with phone call to schedule appointment through to check out were very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. As long as I am in living in the, area and in need of service to my car, this will be my automotive repair shop of choice. The last shop I took my car to would use the state inspection as a way to sell other work, work that had absolutely nothing to do with the vehicle state inspection per the safety inspection manual. My first impression of this shop, based on my 17 yrs of experience in the automotive industry, is that this shop has integrity and honesty. Highly recommended based on my first experience with them”

“Fastest service in town! I came in after 10am-Thurs 7/2 for a battery exchange, oil change, and tire inflation. The gentlemen working today- at the desk and in the bay-- were super fast and friendly! “Very customer friendly. Took my vehicle there for inspection. It passed but, Chris pointed out I will eventually need brakes. He could have passed my vehicle based on Virginia State insurance policy and guide lines. Instead, he thought about my safety. And I was extremely thankful for that.
