I am very satisfied with the care and carfulness of how they take care of my beautiful feet and nails. I get a bag of treats for the ride home. Just amazing they always care so much about me and make me feel like I'm the best boy in the world.”

However, this message is for PetSmart corporate: Please pay your employees more and hire additional staff. It’s unfair to both your employees and your customers when groomers are expected to do it all — grooming dogs and running the counter. I shouldn’t have to wait 15–20 minutes just to pick up my dogs because staff are stretched so thin.
This is not the groomers’ fault — this is a PetSmart problem. Treat your employees and customers the way they should be treated

“We have two pet snakes soon to be three and we were going to a pet store in Chesapeake for feeding rats and bedding, etc. but they often gave us the wrong size rats which can be dangerous to our ball python who is only a few months old. This location is very meticulous and made sure we knew the size of the rats we were getting. Much better and more affordable.”
