“I have been coming to this grooming salon at PetSmart in Newport News for over a year now, with hit or miss interactions until just recently. After walking in to get my dog's nails trimmed, I discovered Michael A (Mike) and he has been an absolute godsend! Completely changed my perspective on this location!
I have never received a hands-on report assessment (report card) after having my dog there for bathing until our visit with Mike! It included a complete breakdown of everything he did and every product used, and even how many free kisses he received!
He shows genuine care and compassion for my dog, even more so than most vets I have been to. It's rare to have an amazing interaction anymore that's worth sharing, but this PetSmart location truly has an amazing individual!”
“Found what I was looking for, hermit crabs! This store appeared very clean! The exterior is very nice but the store overall was just so crowded and not spaced well. They did training check in at the very front of the store so we had to walk around a lot of people and then held the training for the dogs, right in front of the car adoption section so we couldn't see if they had cat or not. We really wanted to check out the cats. Overall a great visit, just will have to return before training hours! Great prices!”
