“The team there was so accommodating for a last minute boarding that other boarding places were unwilling to help with. They really took care of us and our fur baby and I will be going to them in the future. Special shout out to Julianne who was exceptionally kind and helpful, thank you!”
“This is the second time I purchased fish from this establishment and they had ich. Two different species in two different quarantine tanks. Water quality is perfect. The Sales Associates are very kind and helpful, thus why I’m giving more stars.”
“These selfless individuals go out of their way to help you find your forever furry friends for life💗🥰 It’s a process but well worth it in the end. Give back by volunteering your time for their support”
“The groomer did a wonderful job, and I’m very happy with their work. They absolutely deserve 5 stars.
However, this message is for PetSmart corporate: Please pay your employees more and hire additional staff. It’s unfair to both your employees and your customers when groomers are expected to do it all — grooming dogs and running the counter. I shouldn’t have to wait 15–20 minutes just to pick up my dogs because staff are stretched so thin.
This is not the groomers’ fault — this is a PetSmart problem. Treat your employees and customers the way they should be treated
PetSmart, do better”
“Found what I was looking for, hermit crabs! This store appeared very clean! The exterior is very nice but the store overall was just so crowded and not spaced well. They did training check in at the very front of the store so we had to walk around a lot of people and then held the training for the dogs, right in front of the car adoption section so we couldn't see if they had cat or not. We really wanted to check out the cats. Overall a great visit, just will have to return before training hours! Great prices!”

“If you like shopping at Aldi's , you will love shopping here! Exactly the same concept , but an incredibly broad selection of products , much larger than the typical Aldi.”
